Arlington Heights, IL – Springboard Strategy | Brand received two gold awards and one merit award in the 42nd Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards competition. The categories for the Gold Awards were for Logo / Letterhead Design – Identity Development, and  Employee Communication Program – System Rebrand, and the Merit Award for the Total Advertising Campaign – Powers Health Brand Launch.

The 42nd Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards with over 4,300 entries, makes the awards the largest and the most well recognized healthcare advertising awards competition. A national panel of judges are engage in reviewing all entries on creativity, quality, message effectiveness, consumer appeal, graphic design and overall impact.

There were 431 entries presented with Gold awards, 267 entries with silver awards and 178 entries with bronze awards.

Arlington Heights, IL – Springboard Brand & Creative Strategy will change its name and positioning to Springboard Strategy | Brand effective March 20, 2025 – the first day of Spring.

The change reflects the scope of work the company has been providing over the last few years and what it considers to be its core strengths in the future. Mike Chapman, President of Springboard, adds, “While we still provide full ‘advertising and branding agency services,’ we have found that our work goes beyond traditional creative and media implementation; we’re helping companies solve unique and complex issues in their markets and organizations. While it’s a subtle change, it reflects the strategic platform that guides all of our work and recognizes the nuances of brand architecture, service alignment, and audience integration,” said Chapman.

Regarding the graphic design change to the identity, Chapman said, “While the Springboard brand is strong, it’s time for a makeover” to reflect the more serious tone of our business relationships and engagements. “We kept the great equity of our name and evolved the look to reflect more than our being a creative resource.”

Arlington Heights, IL – Mike Chapman has been named President of Springboard Strategy | Brand, effective January 1, 2025. Chapman, who has been with the healthcare branding and communications firm for 14 years. He takes over the leadership of the agency and will guide its growth and operations. Chapman, Springboard’s Senior Vice President of Account Services for the last five years, is a frequent speaker and contributor to healthcare conferences and publications. An industry thought leader, he was honored as a 2023 Agency Vanguard Award inductee – recognizing his ability to drive innovation and significantly improve patient communications.

Mr. Chapman is looking forward to his new role. “Springboard has a long and successful history of helping healthcare organizations share their story and uniquely position themselves in an increasingly competitive and confusing marketplace.
