Healthcare Internal Communications
Springboard understands that strong brands begin on the inside. In healthcare, happy employees can significantly affect patient satisfaction. We take great pride in our healthcare internal communications work in partnership with our valued clients.
Internal Communication Tactical Consideration May Include the Following:
- It’s important to conduct an Employee Perception Survey to better understand current and future brand/organizational perceptions and uncover any barriers or roadblocks to ensure internal messaging is relevant and meaningful to employees.
- Establishing a Brand Launch Team consisting of leaders from all branches of the organization. This Team is particularly valuable when we need to understand and account for how major organizational shifts or a rebrand will impact all employees.
- Establishing a team of Brand Ambassadors consisting of employees at all levels of the organization who are looked up to and trusted. This team is the “first line of offense” when it comes to rank-and-file employees understanding the organization’s “why” and inspiring them to “live the brand” in their roles.
- Brand Ambassadors and employees need tools to understand and adopt a new brand and position – Springboard works closely with leadership and marketing to determine the tactics that will resonate and inspire employees
