Inspirational

“My knack is helping organizations translate their vision into a brand statement that is then translated to a creative direction. I guess I’m a translator.”

Operational

As the inspirational leader of Springboard, Rob founded the agency in 2002 as a way to express his unique approach to healthcare marketing. In doing so, he created an entirely new kind of branding firm. It worked. He still has his first client and has gone on to add many more. He is our indefatigable CEO – Chief Enlightenment Officer.

Promotional

Rob is a frequent speaker at many branding and marketing conferences. He also contributes to numerous publications, including books, magazines, and trade journals. Hence, you might also come upon one of his poems from time to time.

Cultural

His favorite phrase is “What if?” followed closely by “Why not?” Speaking of culture, Rob loves to travel the world and also enjoys the many bike trails and hiking paths in Chicago. Find out more for yourself. Call him at 847.398.4920 or email him at rob@springboardbrand.com.

Inspirational

“I’m passionate about delivering the branding solution that goes beyond the marketing department. The solution that is appreciated within the C-suite and has an impact on the goals of the client’s organization.”

Operational

Mike is a guy who can keep twenty plates spinning at once; have a chainsaw thrown in for him to juggle and remain smiling throughout. Multiple campaigns. Multiple deadlines. Multiple problems. Multiple chances for him to succeed. He is the human fire extinguisher. In case of emergency, break glass. Find Mike.

Promotional

He is a frequent speaker and blogger on the national healthcare marketing circuit.

Cultural

Mike is grace under pressure, hence, if Grace were a guy with a wife and two kids. He arrived at Springboard when a former client (see he’s still friends with his former clients) suggested he and Rob Rosenberg would make a great team and hasn’t left. When he’s not with Rob, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, usually on a playground, in a hockey rink or napping on the couch while they’re somewhere nearby. However he thinks, but is not sure because he’s asleep. Dreaming up the next big solution for one of his clients.
