As the inspirational leader of Springboard, Rob founded the agency in 2002 to express his unique approach to healthcare marketing. In doing so, he created an entirely new kind of branding firm. Prior to founding Springboard in 2002, Rob was involved in the leadership of two national marketing communications companies specializing in the healthcare industry.
As a healthcare brand strategy and marketing communications thought leader, Rob is a frequent speaker at national marketing conferences and is regularly featured in trade publications on the subjects of brand development, advertising, and social media. In addition, Rob has authored articles and textbook selections for various publications and is the primary contributor to Springboard’s hospital branding blog.
In 2019, Rob was honored to be inducted into the Hospital Marketing National Hall of Fame.

Mike has vast experience leading branding and marketing initiatives for healthcare, not-for-profit, and higher education clients. In his current position, Mike oversees all agency accounts to ensure client satisfaction and the delivery of unique solutions.
A member of the Springboard team for more than a dozen years, Mike has led award-winning campaigns for numerous healthcare clients – including hospitals and health systems across the country and national medical associations. Mike received a BS in marketing/advertising from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.
Mike was honored to be recognized as a 2023 Agency Vanguard Award inductee – recognizing his ability to drive innovation and make significant improvements in patient communications. This award honors agency executives who have demonstrated their influence on consumer health campaigns.

Kenny Snowball – Creative Director, Brand Designer
Kenny has been leading design and branding initiatives for more than 20 years. He has contributed to Springboard as Art Director, Design Strategist, and Creative Director. His experience is in brand building, advertising, and innovation. Kenny has influenced a broad range of healthcare clients, including Johnson & Johnson, Band-Aid, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, Powers Health, West Georgia Health, Holy Cross Health, Gore Medical, and others. His strengths are visualization, storytelling, concept development, facilitation, and organizational functionality.

She maintains the office aspects on a day-to-day basis, including handling the daily bookkeeping, which consist of processing the accounts payables, receivables, invoicing and producing and maintaining the monthly financial reports within the Quick Books 2016 Pro System, producing the newsletter, maintaining the website, all while supporting the Marketing account team with estimate and purchase orders and directly reporting to the President of the company.
Martha has been a member of the Springboard team for over ten years. She received her BS in Fashion Merchandising / Marketing from Eastern Illinois University, in Charleston, IL
