Cardiology Service Line
The Challenge
West Georgia Health, based in LaGrange, GA, one hour outside of Atlanta, came to Springboard to help them create preference for their brand and priority service lines. West Georgia Health Cardiology services were deemed a “halo service” that could help the raise preference for the system as a whole.
Approach
Springboard fielded a market study to measure awareness and preference for health systems and key service lines. With this information, we developed a campaign with the following goals:
- Convert strong local awareness for heart services to preference
- Specifically target those who do not have a preference for heart services
- Stem outmigration to Atlanta – only 90 minutes away from West Georgia Health
Springboard produced and launched an integrated advertising campaign for the West Georgia Health cardiology service line – below are samples of the ads, as well as the TV and radio spot:
