Pacific Science Center

Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP)
At the Museum of Pop Culture, music, pop culture, and science fiction come together to create a fascinating experience. Inside, its colorful exhibits cover everything from the history of indie video games and horror films to Nirvana, the Seahawks, and more.
Pacific Northwest Ballet
Pacific Northwest Ballet, performs a variety of classical and modern shows in Seattle Center’s beautiful McCaw Hall. Historical Sights
Space Needle
The Space Needle, is an icon of the city that is recognized all over the world. Originating from the 1962 World’s Fair, the 605 foot tall grants a view over the city, allowing for sights like the Elliott Bay, Mount Rainier, and the Cascade Mountains.
Seattle Center Monorail
The Seattle Center Monorail joins Seattle Center—home of the Space Needle and a few other eminent attractions—to downtown’s Westlake Center along a roughly one-mile course. The monorail can achieve a speed of 45 miles an hour and weaves between high rises over the streets.
Chihuly Garden and Glass
The Chihuly Garden and Glass museum is committed to the work of the famous glassblower Dale Chihuly, who was acquainted with the art while at the University of Washington. It is the most extensive accumulation of his specialty to date, with inside exhibitions highlighting an assortment of his work in the medium.
Pike Place Market
With the many excitements at Pike Place Market it is easy to spend a day here alone! Some of these events include the famous market sign, well over 225 local artisans selling their wares, the original Starbucks, and music-playing street performers. Additionally, a MarketFront expansion was added in 2017, allowing for an expanded plaza and some great views of the bay.
