This concept aligned with the brand positioning and promise work that was also part of this initiative, one that fulfills the promise that each person can be the best they can be with the help of Beebe Healthcare – the result: Be.   Populytics Population Health Management Newco The Challenge Spectrum Administrators, a full-service third-party administrator (TPA), underwent a significant change in its marketing position from a traditional TPA, to a population health management company. As a result of this shift, it sought out a new, more descriptive, name that would more effectively present the company in this capacity to key audiences. Springboard was asked to help the organization develop a name based on key information, highly targeted key audiences, as well as the long-term vision of the leadership team.   Objective Use customer research and a positioning/naming workshop to create a new company name that reflected capabilities in both “full-service” health population and “informatics” Populytics, Newco Identity Using research and information from key audiences and the leadership team, Springboard developed the name “Populytics” and a corresponding identity that reflects capabilities in both “full-service” health population and informatics.   Jefferson Hospital Brand Position and Identity Update The Challenge Thomas Jefferson University, Jefferson University Hospitals, and other organizational entities created a combined entity to more effectively position the total enterprise for the future. However, when combining, a new brand position and identity were required to unite the entities. Springboard was engaged to determine the most effective positioning and identity strategy for this new brand. Objective Create an updated and modified logo based on the new brand position, which maintains the Jefferson “bust” in a contemporary manner. So when two premier healthcare associations came together, they called on Springboard to help them bring to life the strength and unity that needed to be represented in a visually bold way. With the “A” leading the way, the new logo speaks to the power of their Association and shows that IHA is at the forefront of healthcare transformation. The “A” overlaps the “H” because good health is behind everything they do. It also visually displays that they have their members covered.   Carle  “100 Top Hospital” Awareness Campaign The Challenge Carle Foundation Hospital, Carle Clinic Association (called Carle Physician Group) and the Health Alliance Medical Plan merged under one, as-yet-unnamed umbrella organization. Nationally recognized and the dominant healthcare provider in east central Illinois, the Carle system turned to Springboard to identify the organization’s brand position, a relevant overarching name, and a brand architecture structure that would enhance the region’s awareness of Carle’s wide-ranging services while not confusing or overwhelming consumers.
