Please join Rob Rosenberg, President and Brand Strategy Director of Springboard Brand & Creative Strategy and Marsha Tapscott of North Mississippi Medical Center who will be speaking on “Is Your Health System Connecting with Your Consumers?”. This presentation will offer how hospital systems are seeking to explain the composition and benefits of their organization to consumers. Problem is, people don’t really take the time, nor have the interest, to sort through the complicated messaging that hospitals tend to put out to the public. NMMC has learned that consumers are not fully understanding of the system in terms of components, benefits, and operations. The resulting of marketing and communication efforts were designed to be simple, approachable, and relevant to people throughout the region.
